Hey Tammy, long time no see. Great to see you posting. Honestly dumping is nothing that I'd wish on anyone. I noticed when I get the right amount of protein in I don't crave sweet and carbs. If I do get a sweet tooth I keep a couple of pieces of hard candy on me and drink plenty of water. That always seems to work for me. Tammy thank God you haven't experienced dumping and find ways to kick the craving in the butt. Start forming habits on how to do it now before you start to pick up any bad habits.
