Draw a line in the sand and don't cross it. It's that easy believe it or not. We all have to work at it if we dump or not. There are still snacks out there that wont make people dump that are just nutrient empty and calorie filled. Don't be afraid of dumping to keep you in line. Be afraid of going back to being a miserable obese person and it will keep you in check.

Edited to add: They just came out with sugar free oreos. I'm not even touching those but damn I'm tempted.
