The first couple nights after surgery I'd have them, I was eating Little Debbie snacks, like choclate brownies and such, and didn't get sick and couldn't believe I ate so much, then I'd wake up crying because I couldn't believe I'd do that so soon after surgery . But it stopped about a week out, don't think I've dreamed about food since.
