omgoodness I completely agree with that. I too, find myself feeling a whole lot hungrier the longer and harder a workout session I have. I tend to eat more carbs on those days for some reason.

I was thinking that it was just in my head until I noticed that I 'felt lighter' (if that makes any sense) and just felt generally better on the days that I didn't work as hard. Veddddy interesting....
