Amanda....as I posted and Carolyn reposted, its no big deal. You shouldn't be vomitting and not keeping solids down, so even if its not a stricture and they scope you, they can see with the camera what is going on and then you can make educated choices based on that. You do eat a little more RIGHT after a scope, depending on how much they dialate you...BUT it does shrink down again. I was at 12mm the day of surgery, 7mm on the day of the scope, 15mm after the scope and the doctor estimates that I am back down to 12mm. I can eat less now then right after the scope...the honeymoon only lasted for about a week!

Strictures are quite common, but one of the easiest to fix!
