Default Bad habits

Mike, you are absolutely right. I am three years out. I have maintained my weight, but besides surgery, it's also changing eating habits and eating healthy. To this day if i go to the movie, i won't eat the popcorn there. i bring either my own that is healthier or i'll even bring an apple and a piece of cheese. the first year i wouldn't have thought of eating any kind of popcorn. i followed everything to the tee and i was one of the people who had 100 pounds to loose, but i lost all my weight within 9 months since i did follow everything exactly. i think people in the beginning think since they can only eat a small amount of something it's still okay. it's not. you need to change your eating habits to healthy eating so when you're a year out or more and are able to eat more you're eating the right kind of food. just because we have surgery doesn't mean we can't gain weight later on down the line. so, mike, the bottom line is follow what you're doing. you have the right attitude.
