I agree. There are healthy alternatives to so many things. Why go with the easy way and just eat what is in front of you. These guys say "oh well I am a month out so I can only eat a little." Well what happens when you are 6 months out or even a year and you can eat more?? We have to make good choices from day one. Cheating just creates bad habits.
