Bridget already hit on the question I was going to ask. It does to me seem like a lot for a sitting. If the length of time is not the issue then maybe you can find foods that do fill you quicker and lean more on them and protein. For example, for me I can eat lots of chips or crackers, but if I have meat and a sweet potato I can only eat a small portion. Now a friend of mine can hardly eat pasta, but can eat more meat than I can. So, if there is a difference there maybe we can help suggest a way to tweak it for you. I know you want to be successful and healthy......and it's great that you are trying to work the kinks out, that is what the honeymoon phase is for because it is so forgiving. You just hang in there.....we all had to establish new routines.
