I guess I should state that the pot pie was 7 oz and I did only have like 2 TBL of mashed potatoes and maybe 2 TBL of corn. The salisbury steak had 10 gm of protein in it, which I desperately need. I definatley can't do heavy, greasy food, either. I'm worried that I'm undernourished and my body is telling me to EAT because I just don't get in the nutrients that I need. I know I need to up my water intake, too. Now, I am not a breakfast eater, so I am actually only getting two meals in per day. Am I worrying for no reason, or am I really just way overeating? I don't feel I've stretched my pouch or anything, so hmmm...
