Lynne, congrats on your weight loss. Doctors use guidelines for weight, seeing that you are in a normal BMI, maybe thats why he said enough. From what I have read, there are fluctuations in weight +/- and since you are of normal size, his suggestion to stop will teach you to eat to maintain your weight now. I was told a 10lb flucutation at goal weight is about normal. Anything either side of that needs attention. You have been very successful and should be congratulated for that. Did you ask the doctor why he said what he did, maybe he can enlighten you.

Marie...good points on body fat. We talk so much on BMI and Pounds, that I forgot how important body fat percentage is. Now thinking this, I should have mine done soon, so I can compare the before (or at 14 weeks) and after!
