You don't state your height...but as you get older...it's generally acceptable to be a few pounds heavier than for someone in their 20s. Also, a few pounds of weight is from teh skin and not fat...you may lose more muscle if you lose further weight, and that's not good either. Do you know your body fat percent? That will give you better idea of what your true weight is.
