I do have goals based on doctors and charts, but as long as I am eating healthy and exercising, then I feel my body will come to it's "normal" weight that it is meant to be. Honestly, I make sure I keep my calories high enough that I don't slow my metabolism because I still enjoy eating. I guess the goals are a way to track progress for me, and of course I am dying to join the century club!!
