When do you stop losing??
Hi all,
So now I am well past the year mark but I was curious to know when I will stop losing weight? My doctor told me to try to stop but I eat what I can and I have added an extra snack. I would like to lose another 10 pounds so I am curious to know why he thinks I should stay where I am. It's not like I am under weight. ANy ideas??????
