Thank you all for replying and giving me different ideas. After I had posted this I was searching on a few different threads in here and found an old post that said when we get in these ruts we have to go back to the basics. I found the pouch rules for dummies and printed them out.

The first thing that I realized is that now that I have extra time it does not mean I do not have to plan anymore. I totallly forgot the concept of 15 minutes. I am going to get a kitchen timer to help keep me on a time schedule.

I am working on the hobby side of my schedule, just trying to decide what is best for me, I think a group exercise environment would be best so I can socialize as well as exercise.
