Hey Karin......thanks alot!
I haven't updated in a while so here it goes: I still train with a trainer 2 days a week, walk 3 miles 3x's a week plus do cardio/stretching usually 4 or more days a week. Instead of just the ellipticla and/or treadmill I have added classes in the evenings. I do Yoga on Mon and Fri-totally kicks my butt, we're talking sweat and everything. I have to modify some posses becuause of my back but I dig it. Then I take a sculpting class 2x's a week which is step areobics with weights and pilates combined, this also kicks my butt but the music gets me going! I plateaued for about a month then dropped 4 lbs and have been stuck there for another week. That is the reason for switching up my workouts.......lets hope it works.
I have been journaling my food too and I have to say I have some pretty bad habits that aren't going to go away on their own. I almost always have a sip of chocolate milk when I pour my daughter some, I snack on pita chips and I love dried fruits and nuts......most of those things, although not entire bad for you, are calorie dense and not the best choices. I am aware fo this but I CAN'T stop eating/snacking on them.....
I have a trip planned at the end of next month and I am really quite excited about shopping for some new clothes for it. I may even buy somethng kinda girly I am definitely NOT fru-fru.
Thank you to Rain for the great pair of SIZE 12 jeans!!!!! The support group was great and meeting Michelle was wonderful too.....thanks for driving all the way up to North County Michelle and Donna. Bridget's group inspired me to look into a colon cleanse and convinced me to continue with the NASTY Noni juice I had been swigging with my nose blocked. I actually ordered a colon cleanse system that I have to get the OK to start when it gets here. I LOVE the support around here. You all are so wonderful.........
